B&H has the best customer service and shipping! The product is great but I actually had to replace this exact same unit after 13 months of use I contacted Thrustmaster and they responded that the unit could be repaired but not under warranty. The cost to repair plus shipping was not much less than the cost to replace it. The screw and bracket/nut that holds the unit to the desk stripped out and I attempted to replace the bolt but it's really the internal nut that was damaged beyond use. It's a great AERCO base but the design could use some beefing up to improve product reliability. B&H shipped a new unit next day and it was delivered within a few days after that. Great service is what you can expect from B&H!

This wheel base does exactly what you want it to do without costing nearly as much as the "pro" level competitors... Fanatec/SimuCube/etc. The force feedback is smooth due to the belt drive, quiet, and strong enough to pull the wheel out of your hands during a full spin or crash. Extremely happy with this as my first sim rig base.

The Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Servo Base would function best with the Thrustmaster TM Racing Clamp. 3rd party or custom mounts may be used but your results may vary.

This one does not, it has a built in power adapter for 120v, but you can find TX servo in other countries or maybe some suppliers might have them, with the 220V power bricks.
