ColorDirector 3 Ultra from CyberLink is a color grading application that lets video-makers of all skill levels improve the quality of their projects by manipulating color and brightness. It features professional tools such as RGB curves, white balance, Tone / Hue / Saturation adjustments, and motion tracking, as well as stylized effects such as split toning, HDR, and tinting. It also supports 3D Look Up Tables (LUTs) files, useful for changing the color space or creating looks. For a quick and easy way to stylize your videos, you can apply a range of built-in presets designed to emulate the styles of popular films. From there you can make manual adjustments and save that "look" for use on future projects.

ColorDirector offers native 64-bit support and is built on the TrueVelocity editing engine. It supports a wide range of popular video formats with resolutions up to 4K. To cut down on your video editing time, ColorDirector is designed to integrate with CyberLink PowerDirector. Start in PowerDirector to edit your raw video footage, launch ColorDirector directly from PowerDirector's interface for color grading, and then send the footage back to PowerDirector for video rendering and production.

ColorDirector comes with a range of built-in, professionally designed presets that emulate the styles of well-known films. You can also save any manual adjustments you make to a video as a preset and use it again on future projects. You can also download a huge collection of free presets-including presets made using both ColorDirector & PhotoDirector-on DirectorZone.
RGB Tonal Curves
Manually setting the tonal values of the shadows, midtones, and highlights in a video is a great way to achieve exactly the look you're after. For example, you can add a bit more blue to the shadow areas while tinting the highlights to warmer tones and removing green from the midtones.
LUT Support
LUTs are useful for matching footage from one source to another, for visual effect, or for output previewing. ColorDirector supports .3dl, .mga, .m3d, .cube and .csp format LUT files.
Motion Tracking
ColorDirector's intelligent motion tracking algorithm tracks motion by matching image data from a selected area in a frame to image data in each succeeding frame, so you can isolate objects, accurately track their movements and of course change or enhance their color.
Precise Selection Masks
The Selection Mask can be used to precisely isolate any image in a frame for color grading and then, on a frame-by-frame level, track that object's motion over time.
Dynamic Keyframing
ColorDirector's powerful and intuitive keyframe features let you quickly adjust color effects and dynamically animate selection masks with great detail and precision.
Color Replacement
An easy-to-use eye dropper is used to select any color in a video you want to replace. You can also click in the Original Color section and choose the color you want to replace.
