The black IL-RC Remote Control from Iluminar enables control of any IR illuminator of the IR-2, WL-2, IR-PoE-2 or WL-PoE-2 series. With this remote you can choose from five levels of illumination power running from 20% to 100%. Additionally, the IL-CR gives you four timer-duration options, and four photocell sensitivity levels to choose from for setting the auto turn-on function to different levels of brightness.

Didn't get it to work without all the power hookups

I only connected power and ground to use the illuminator. The company told me you can then use the remote for brightness levels. My first test did nothing, but I aim to try it again. I'd like to be able to change the levels :)
