Rated 5 out of 5 by from This card is a perfect match for the Nikon D500 This card is a perfect match for the Nikon D500. It allows fast read/write speed, enabling a virtually limitless number of sequential shots without any lag time. Because it is newer technology these cards are very expensive, and I presume prices will drop once market competition increases. I would deduct a half-point if possible, because this card does not come with a card reader (costs an additional $35 bucks). At the price point for this product, and given the fact that no computer has a reader for it (so you must buy the interface if you want to offload pictures independently from the camera), it really should be offered as part of the package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Currently the Best Performing XQD Card On The Market I own several of these Lexar (128GB 2933x) XQD cards as well as two Sony G Series cards. The Lexar are not only faster than the Sony G series, but are more affordable. Lexar's competetive pricing for their XQD cards actually forced Sony to lower the price of their reidiculously expensive 128GB G Series XQD card from over $800 down to $170! I use both XQD cards in my D5, D500, and D4S. The increase in continuous burst speeds is extremely noticeable as is the image review time in camera, as well as time saved transferring to the computer. People who are giving these cards bad reviews are Sony F7 users, but that is more an issue with the F7 firmware than it is with the Lexar cards. For F7 users, stick with the Sony cards. These Lexars work great in the Sony G series reader as well which is nice. People who are not doing their due diligence in research are complaining about XQD format 2 not being backwards compatible with previous XQD cards/readers. This is again a non-issue when the suppliers provide an XQD format 2 card reader with their cards as Sony does, or simply buy an updated XQD format 2 card reader. Not a big cost! Some people simply like to complain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lexar Needs to Work on QC Ordered this and got a faulty card taht wouldn't format in my FS7--I was running V4.0 and even re-updated the entire system from V1.10 to V4.0 and still wouldn't get it to format in my camera. Will be exchanging for a Sony card of same specs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems when used in D500 Using this card that I first low level formatted in a card reader and then inserted into a D500 and doing a camera format I found when shooting that the camera would lock up completely. Removing the battery had no effect but when I removed the Lexar XQD card the camera would again be operable. For now better to use Sony XQD cards or SanDisk SD cards with the D500 camera. Turnaround time with a warranty replacement by Lexar is 3-4 weeks and no guarantee of replacement with a new card.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Card works on Sony FS-7 firmware 3.10 Do not listen to the reviews on here, this card does work with the Sony FS-7! Just update your Firmware to 3.10 or higher. It is also very fast, so not only can it keep up with the FS-7 at 4K 60p, offloading is much faster as well.
