Lowest quality case I've used in my entire career

This case is terrible, it nearly crumbles from a few years of light to moderate use. Nearly everything has broken. Zipper. Straps. The handle. I've tried reaching out to Orca's customer support several times but they are non-existent. The website submission form is a dead link. If you buy this, you are on your own. This case is made with a cheap plastic handle that breaks from rolling it over a 4 drop. The pockets aren't big enough to fit anything, a huge design flaw. If you decide to purchase it don't plan on having it for very long. I'm going with a comparable sized Pelican air. Quality of Product: 1/10 Customer Service: 0/10 Value: 1/10 Never purchasing an Orca product again. See the photos for yourself.

this is one awesome bag, the only thing I was disappointed with was that it has no internal LED Light and the external pockets are very very tight. Other than that, this bag is super. I've even created a review video that might help anyone looking to buy this bag: https://youtu.be/HyQTgspI0Mc
