Will a QSC Touchmix 16 rack mount into this case and leave enough clearance in the back to keep the power cord plugged in?

No, the ProX XS-19MIX8U Signature Series 19" Slanted Rack Mount Mixer Case (8 RU) is not compatible for use with the Yamaha DM3-D Digital Mixing Console. As a compatible option, we have the SKB iSeries 2015-10 Yamaha DM3 Digital Mixer Hard Case (B&H # SK3I20151DM3).
