The Audeze LCD-4 - High Performance Planar Magnetic Headphones With Professional Travel Case are designed for reference and personal Hi-Fi listening when connected to an external headphone amplifier or integrated amplifier. Instead of utilizing traditional dynamic cone drivers, the headphones implement nano-grade uniforce diaphragms and Double Fluxor magnet arrays for a powerful magnetic flux density of 1.5 Tesla. The headphones deliver a frequency response of 5 to 50,000 Hz with a THD of less than 1%, an impedance of 100 ohms, an efficiency of 100 dB per 1 mW, and a total output SPL of over 130 dB when driven by 15 watts. A new suspension-type carbon fiber and leather headband ensure a comfortable fit.
