Black Diamond Wiz Headlamp (Electric Blue)

Black Diamond designed the electric blue Wiz Headlamp specifically with children in mind. The closure for the battery door is compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, featuring a child-safe screw system. The headband is constructed of break-away elastic so it will fail if it becomes entangled. Also with children in mind, the light will automatically shut off after two hours so it won't run the battery all the way down. The head tilts both ways, so you can still aim it even if you put it on upside down. Output of the two SinglePower LEDs is continually variable, transitioning from 4 all the way to 30 lumens. For signaling or visibility purposes, a strobe mode is included. With a rating of IPX4, it can shrug off splashes and light rain without a problem. Two included AAA batteries provide up to 120 hours of operation on low.
