Ace 300 ft HDMI Wireless Video System with 1 x Receiver is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily the best Paralinx product to date I've been using Paralinx gear since the original Arrow and I have to say that the Ace is a fantastic addition to the Paralinx line up. The transmitter and receiver consistently sync up within 5 seconds and the range is pretty close to advertised. I use LP-E6 batteries with the plates that Paralinx provides. It's nice that you can use the same battery plate on both the sender and the receiver. The batteries last a few hours. It also looks like there is an SDI version available as well, which could come in handy in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from wireless HDMI made simple i used the Paralinx Ace on a few video shoots and was very pleased so far. a strong signal appeared on screen almost as soon as the HDMI source was turned on and the transmission delay is negligible. i also tested the range and found it to be decent (when it did drop the signal, it picked right up once it was back within range) the only negative that i have is that for the price of the unit, they really need to include at least 1 battery plate (instead of an extra add-on). i understand why they package it this way, but it's weird that they would sell you the base setup and have no way to power the unit. i ended up getting a sony L-series plate and it works great

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great range, best for small monitors only The range and signal stability are excellent, especially for the price. It's resolution is fine for small monitors but I would not suggest this as a wireless hop for a larger screen. I bought this to use for remote viewing on a large screen in a location across a street. (Hard wiring with cables and Yelllow Jackets, wasn't a very good option.) The image has noticeable ghosting in the vertical plane and is rather pixelated. You can see this in the attached picture. The horizontal dark spots just below the glass is are are examples of the pixelation, using the visible tv screen pixels as reference. The video was shot on a Sony Nx5u at 1080 and recorded with Atamos Shogun connected via HDMI to the Paralinx receiver. The walk on the video was probably around 375 ft., pretty good! This product was probably only meant for small monitors so I have to cut it some slack, just thought it was worth mentioning. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could have. Also, the Paralinx NP style battery mounts sold separately have a serious fit problem and should be avoided.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product, but... Got this product a few months ago to use at a line dance event at military facility. Picture quality was superb. The units paired immediately and never dropped out once. Easy to set up and both units can run off battery power if purchased separately. One issue I experienced was not being able to update the firmware from the website. Hopefully Paralinx will correct this problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ease of Use There isn't much to say other than this product is remarkable. It does its job so well that I'm not sure why anyone would spend the extra money to buy a Bolt Pro 300. Even with the addition of battery plates, both the transmitter and receiver are both incredibly lightweight. My only wish is that this unit had a nicer build quality. With that being, this units overall effectiveness makes up for its construction.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great range, adequate image I wish I could give different ratings for different aspects of this system. The price, range and signal stability are all great! The image quality, not so much. If you just need a client monitor for framing and timecode, this is the perfect solution. If you intend to display the video on the back-end, it's not that great. I do an outdoor gig every year where I need to run a live feed back to a restaurant. I've hardwired in the past but the cabling was challenging so I looked to the Paralinx as a solution. The throw was no problem but the image quality on the big screen is rather noisy. Note: Do not buy the Paralinx Ace battery plate NP battery adapters for this device, they are HORRIBLE. Use DC adapter or D-tap. Overall, a very nice device for the price. Line of sight range is impressive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Paired I played with it all day, re-did the firmware through the Paralinx Software, all these procedures worked fine, may times over. I tried about a million times to pair.... following the exact procedures that can be found on the web, nothing. Very upsetting, just filled out the return request. Not sure what to think of this and what to buy now, it came recommended from a friend/user, it was labeled the "Best Seller" on B&H, and most of the numerous reviews are "positive", just a handful that said "Never Paired", I guess I got one of these faulty units.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product I have used this for over a year now on various narrative and music video shoots. It has worked and performed very well for me! I haven't had an issue with pairing and if I did have an issue a simple restart would fix any issues. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
