The 360Heros Pro10HD 360° Plug-n-Play Holder is a professional tool for filming 360° virtual reality content with ten GoPro HERO3, HERO3+, or HERO4 cameras. Positioning the cameras in a spherical orientation, the Pro10 holder allows you to capture ultra high-resolution 3D content (up to 12000 x 6000) ideal for planetarium domes, dome theaters, and large-scale displays. The content can also be viewed on the Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard, and other virtual reality headsets.
The close proximity of each GoPro in the Pro10HD configuration provides a high level of frame overlap for each camera's field of view, meaning that you can film subjects from relatively close distances (3 to 4 feet) without creating distortion and parallax issues during the stitching process. All of the cameras are oriented vertically using either 1080p, 2.7K, or 4K recording modes to create tightly stitched full spherical images without gaps on the top or bottom.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the Pro10HD features an aircraft-grade flexible nylon construction that makes it a lightweight yet durable solution. Four solid brass 3/8"-16 mounting points provide solid connection when mounting to a tripod, monopod, helmet, or even a multi-rotor copter. Included with the Pro10HD is a 3/8"-16 aluminum stand/mounting accessory, a sound clicker for audio syncing, and a small screwdriver.
Note: In order to stitch the footage together from all ten of your GoPro cameras, separately available software is required. GoPro cameras are not included.
