We use them with a Nady UHF receiving system so parsioners that have difficulty hearing can hear the service. Nady no longer carries these headphones and a they a lot, the wires frayed a d the buds fell apart. So glad B&H, had them
These mono earbuds eliminate the need for a mono-to-stereo adapter (and a right-angle adapter) when I listen to my mono radio scanner. The earbuds have an (almost) 90 degree plug (different from what is shown in the photo).
