holder is installed in the adapter? It would seem so but the Overview and the Specs do not state this important feature.

Can I detach the CPL filter out from the holder, and put other 52mm filter on it ?

Yes you can do that. You do have to know, not every 52mm filter will fit but with trial and error you can apply many different filters. (no star or cross however)
