Yes you can use D76 to develop Arista EDU Ultra 200 Black and White Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures). The manufacture does not list the times for that film and D76, You might need to experiment. They list others in this pdf, https://bhpho.to/42YXqPr .
