Small will be your best bet for that setup! Might be a bit loose given the smaller camera body and lens, though there is an adjustment feature to pull in loose fabric to tighten it up.

Get the medium. A7iii with 24-105 is completely unusable and a pain to even get in and out of the shell if you want to use the camera. It might as well be in a dry bag with more protection and easier access at that point. PD really needs to modify their mirrorless alpha claim for small, especially considering how large most faster Sony lenses are.
