The Curve.Immersion Speaker System from Cyber Acoustics will deliver improved audio performance to computers, smartphones, iPods, MP3 players, DVD players, and other portable audio devices. Designed with aluminum-inspired cues, each of the two 5W satellite speakers features a curved design and has dual 2" dynamic and titanium drivers. The 5.25" 20W high-excursion poly-carbon subwoofer delivers rich bass sounds, while the control pod provides full control of the speaker system using a power on/off switch, master-volume control, and bass-volume control. The control pod also has a headphone-output jack and an auxiliary-in jack. This 2.1 speaker system delivers up to 62W of peak power and 30W of RMS.

The Curve.Immersion Speaker System from Cyber Acoustics will deliver improved audio performance to computers, smartphones, iPods, MP3 players, DVD players, and other portable audio devices. I Really Like This Speaker System. It's Hard To Convey The Quality Of Sound Because Everyone Has Their Own Way Of Hearing And Expectations. Because Of The Woofer, I Have Way More Capacity To Mix The Sound. I Listen To Beats A Lot To Keep Me Focused On Work, Or I Listen To Acoustic/dub/EDM Mixes That I Like To Work To (e.g. Lindsey Sterling Early Works). I've Never Turned The Volume All The Way Up Or Even Close. I Love The Clarity And Fidelity I'm Getting. YouTube Videos Feel True To Life. And The Pod-control Means I Can Change The Bass/mix And Volume With Ease. To Me This Is A Solid Value And Worth More Than I Paid For It, Compared To The Cost Of Typical (Logitech, Etc) Computer Speakers Now. An Affordable Option That Is, For Me, A Million Times Better Than The Typical Set.

I've had these speakers for 4 years, and now I've passed them on to my cousin. He absolutely loves them! I had this hooked up to my gaming/streaming computer and it works so well! My favorite thing about this product is the puck that allows you to control the volume and bass coming from the speakers (not computer volume). Having that physical control was perfect for me since I always had to turn the bass down at night. Overall I would recommend this underrated speaker to everyone except for those who's job is specifically editing noise.

Does it need an outlet? Can it be used outside?

This speaker system has to be plugged to an outlet. It does not have any kind of weatherproofing so using it outside is not recommended.
