ZEISS Mono 10x25 T* Overview

Featuring achromatic lenses with the renowned T* multicoating for maximum light transmission, the ZEISS Mono 10x25 T* Monocular delivers a bright, high-contrast image. Its 10x magnification is the most powerful of the Mono series of monoculars; ZEISS calls the 10x25 a "miniature telescope" for its ability to display far-off details with such clarity. The close focus distance is less than 15 feet, eye relief is a comfortable 15mm, and the apparent angle of view is a respectable 51°.

The Mono 10x25 is especially suited to birding, nature observation, and travel. Its compact form factor – just 4.3 inches long and weighing only 3.1 ounces, with a leather pouch and a carrying strap – make it easy to have on hand. You'll want to take good care of such a nice optic, but you won't have to baby it: the housing is made of durable aluminum, is splash resistant, and it has an operating temperature range of -4° to 104°.
