The Toaks Outdoor Titanium Siphon Alcohol Stove is a useful addition to your trail or camp kitchen with its strong titanium construction and light 0.7 ounce weight when empty. Its simple yet efficient design produces a controlled burner-type flame that is directed to the center of the stove making it perfect for use with large and small cookware.
This siphon (or capillary) stove has double-walled construction with precisely spaced and angled burner holes around the rim. Methanol or alcohol fuel is poured in the center reservoir which then wicks up between the inner and outer walls, and when the reservoir fuel is lit the fuel vapors ignite at the burner holes and produce the cooking flame. This stove has a reservoir capacity of 2.7 fl oz and will boil two cups of water in about 5.5 minutes. The capillary nature of the design burns fuel efficiently, so one ounce of methanol or alcohol will burn for approximately 11.5 minutes.
