I brought these for keeping time and date in Canon Power Shot A series and SX series cameras. Every time I turned on the camera and displayed prompt setup date and time. Sound like the coin battery dead and needed replace. I seen in battery compartment and another battery in the slot, that where they live (some model has outside of camera body where battery slot on the side like marked CRxxxx). Popped in a new one and no longer prompt setup on camera.
