The Photoflex Rod for Large Dome Softboxes Except CineDome (B&H# PH870763) is not for use with the Photoflex MultiDome HV3 in medium size. An equivalent item designed for use with the medium size of that soft box would be the Photoflex Rod for Medium Dome Softboxes Except CineDome (B&H# PH870796).
