RucPac Professional Tech Gloves Reviews
comfortable and useful
These are comfortable gloves and the fingertips work on smartphones and the like. Although I have not been able to test in real cold weather yet I did wear them for about an hour and they were very comfortable
Powerful little gloves at -11 F
Not exactly for extreme cold ,but i was VERY pleased with these gloves at -7 to -11 degrees Fahrenheit, they kept my hands warm enough to take pictures of the birds i was after and then put one or both hands in pocket with heat packs every once and a while I really like that you don't have to expose your fingers with the tactile fingertips in that kind of cold weather. , Since they are so thin makes it easy to hold camera and use controls. (if you get cold easily, might not be for you), but I highly recommend these gloves for anyone serious enough to be out in those temps. With that being said, there was no wind while i was shooting, so no wind chill factor added here
wow, very impressed
Just what I needed. Great first layer for the glove system
OK, but not worth the price
These aren't quality gloves and aren't worth the price (or anywhere close to it). I only bought a pair because they were on sale. They aren't super warm, and they started to pile out of the box. I don't expect them to hold up.
Not what I expected but works.
I thought this had the fingers exposed if I wanted too. But it's just a conductive pad on the finger and thumb for the touch screens. But they are thin and warm for mild cold, not for subzero weather.
Work very well! Perfect for photography.
My hands are small and stubby. The small size I bought were the first gloves to fit my hands in my entire life. I always had to take off my gloves to do anything! With these gloves, I can take the keys out of my pocket and open my front door while wearing them. I can use them on my laptop's touchpad and touch screen. They are equipped with rubber grips on the palms and fingers so I can handle my valuable camera and lenses safely in ice and snow. They are thin enough that I can comfortably wear them under regular gloves on bitter, cold, days and remove the outer gloves to do my work with them on.
They work well with the special end on the fore-finger and thumb. However, they did little to keep my hands warm in 45-50 degree temperatures.
Use as liners or alone in mild temps
I am able to work all the controls and the touch screen while wearing these gloves, but please understand that these gloves alone will not keep your hands warm in temps below 40 F. If it's in the 40s, I keep hand warmers in my pockets and the gloves are thin enough to allow me to re-warm my hands every 5 or so minutes. If it's below 40, I wear these as liners under my Heat Company softshell mittens with warmers inserted in the mittens. I don't get the sense that these gloves will last a long time, but I haven't had them long enough or used them enough to say for sure.
