The LEDP-2 Pro Box Plus from MK Digital Direct is an all LED lighting solution for photographing jewelry and medium-sized commercial objects. Ease of use and economy of space has driven the design of the Box at every stage. Its 13 x 12" platform and enclosure take up a fraction of the footprint of a studio setup with a shooting table with separate lights. As far as portability is concerned, the LEDP-2 is totally self-reliant and at 28 lb easily moved. Take it out of your car and you're already set up.
With all the lights on at full power, your subject is bathed in shadowless white light. For a custom look, the LEDP-2 boasts major control features such as 4 dimmers capable of lending subtle light ratios and depth to your subjects. Two other dimmers control a daylight LED strip to add sparkle to your shot as well as a 3200K warm LED strip to highlight gems and similar stones, A removable infinity curve in the lamp house makes producing clean, seamless white backgrounds a snap. A camera bracket is included so you can easily shoot from the Box's front or top ports.
This version of the LED Pro Box also includes 2 dimmable gooseneck LED lights, an extra camera bracket and a USB connection for wired remote control.
