The CMS-FLAT v2 from DM-Accessories is a universal shoe-mount adapter for Canon's proprietary Mini Advanced Shoe. It will allow you to convert a Mini Advanced Shoe to a standard cold shoe mount and attach mics, lights, and other accessories that use a shoe mount. It securely tightens down in the Mini Advanced Shoe mount using a tightening knob.
