Is it cheesy to get excited about a battery charger? Picked one of these up at Cine Gear a couple years ago and recently bought another. You will not be disappointed. Can also provide 60 watts via XLR to power external devices in addition to charging your batteries.

Picked up this charger and two Indi Pro PD-95S batteries. The charger is solidly built, compact for travel, charges quickly, and can power devices via the included XLR cable.

What is the advantage of this 260.00 charger vs the 45.00 IndiPRO Tools D-Tap Pro Battery Charger which can be charged via D-Tap from an AC wall outlet?

The main difference between our $260 charger and our $45 d-tap charger is the $260 version can charge 2 batteries simultaneously at 2.5A whereas the $45 charger can only charge 1 battery at a time at 1A. The $260 charge also features a xlr output that allows for you to power up an XLR powered device directly from the charger. The $260 charger incorporates a handle and stand.

Can I gang two IndiPro batteries (eg Micro series 98's) and power the LS120d-II via the d-tap on the it's controller?

Yes you can gang 2 Batteries to power a unit, but If you plan to do it by the D-tap on the battery, it has a 3 amp max output through the D-tap on the battery, But if you do it through a the D-tap on a plate "V mount or Gold mount plate" it would be fine

Will the charger stop delivering current to the batteries when they reach a fully charged condition? (to prevent overcharging or excess heat in the batteries)

Yes it will. This charger will not overcharge or cause the batteries to overheat.

Will this charge the Switronix Hypercore Slim HC7S ?

In order that you get the best performance between battery and charger, we strongly recommend that you keep it all in the family. We therefore suggest for the HC7S that you get the Switronix GP-2LSJ 2-Position Simultaneous Charger. Please see attached. That being said, the HyperCore Slim V-Mount will charge on Sony, IDX, and Switronix V-Mount chargers, and chances are very good it will be fine on the IndiPRO. However, this combination has not been tested by Switronix therefore performance cannot be verified nor guaranteed at this time.

Can I charge 150wh gold mount batteries with this charger? I already saw that TITON 150s will not work. Does this charger have the capacity to do ANY 150wh batteries? If so, what brands? Thanks.

Most Gold Mount batteries will charge on this unit. In general though Anton Bauer Gold Mount batteries require an Anton Bauer charger, but most other brands should charge just fine.
