This electronic download of The Operating Table from Zero-G is a collection of breakbeats and drum loops performed by drummers Emre Ramazanoglu, Dave Westlake, Jack Yglesias, and Steve Ashmore. The eclectic breaks featured derive their feel and sonic basis from live drumming technique, and were recorded in London at Metropolis, Padded Cell, Walworth Cage, Triangle, and Line of Flight.
Many performances change and evolve, providing multiple loop variations. Real kits are the foundation of the sound of each break, although some incorporate additional live-triggered analog drum machines or software-triggered sounds. Each bar of each break has been designed to loop perfectly as a single-bar break (sample-accurate BPM), or as part of the whole evolving sequence. This library contains 628MB of Acidized WAV files.
