If they make payments for repairs and then the ...

If they make payments for repairs and then the device needs replacement and they send me the value of the device. Do they at this point subtract all paid claim amounts and give me the balance on the product value? As per the legal document, it states that all aggregate claims cannot exceed the price of the product during the life of the policy. Once claim amount reaches product cost, the policy is complete and finished.

According to Allstate, "In case the device is repaired and after few days there is some other issue in that you need to file a claim on your plan and in case the claim is approved for the Replacement or for Replacement Value, then you will get the amount back that you have paid for the device only not the cost of the repairs."
