Bower Xtreme Action Reviews

Unit not to spec; floods @85'

I bought this unit for a dive trip that got canceled. When I finally made my first dive with this light, I was outside the one year warranty. The first time I went below about 85 ft, I came back and the unit had flooded and one of the batteries had salt water corrosion around the terminals.

sheds some much needed light on darkened nighttime subjects

Bower does not disappoint with this compact, yet pretty powerful (at close range) LED light for the GoPro. All the connections mate up seamlessly with the housings and accessories for my Hero4; no issues with batteries as they are the same as the GoPro. Light stays cool. Although not dim-able, it does provide four (4) brightness levels. Another feature is the ability to strobe, and to SOS signal. Perhaps a handy feature to have in an emergency--one never knows. all and all, with B&H deal days, this was a super buy--well worth the cost of entry.

question

How many Lumens of this light?
Asked by: Anonymous
I don't know how many Lumens, but this is a very compact light that works great on night dives to give general illumination. It is too weak to use as a photo or video light.
