Can the built in fan suck out air to make the deflation time quicker?
No, it cannot. The built-in fan is designed to keep the unit inflated, and must be plugged during usage to ensure the unit is continuously inflated. However, the fan cannot be used to draw air out of the unit as the fan cannot be reversed. Once you unplug the fan, air will stop being pushed into the unit and will allow air to be removed. You may speed up the process by pushing air out from the opposite side of the zipper pocket, then roll the unit up for storage.
