The system is powered by a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i5-5200U Dual-Core processor that allows you to run multiple applications simultaneously. If you need more power, the processor also features a burst speed of up to 2.7 GHz, and the system's 4GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L-RS RAM allows the computer to quickly access frequently-used files and programs, as well as help to ensure efficient multitasking.

For long-term storage of your files, the XPS 13 9343 has a 128GB SSD. For connecting to the Internet, this notebook is equipped with dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi. External peripherals, such as additional storage, optical drivers, printers, and more may be connected using the 2 x USB 3.0 ports, one of which has PowerShare technology for device charging, even if your system is turned off. Additional compatible peripherals may also be paired using Bluetooth 4.0 technology. VGA, HDMI, Ethernet, and USB 2.0 Type-A connections are possible using a separately sold Dell USB 3.0 adapter.

Featuring dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, the XPS 13 delivers high performance, broader coverage, and longer battery life. The XPS 13 also comes with Bluetooth 4.0 technology so you'll be able to connect wirelessly to Bluetooth-compatible peripherals and accessories.
Solid State Drive
Get quicker boot times, faster application launches, and overall enhanced performance with the 128GB solid state drive in the XPS 13. And because solid state drive technology does not use moving parts, you get a more durable storage solution less prone to physical damage or mechanical failure.
USB 3.0
USB 3.0 supports data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s, which is up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0. USB 3.0 is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 so you can still use your older USB-compatible devices. The XPS 13 has 2 x USB 3.0 ports, one of which doubles as an always-on charging port
