The result of a collaboration with renowned knife maker Mora of Sweden, the Swedish FireKnife from Light My Fire is a sharp, flexible knife that doubles as a striker for the included FireSteel. The knife has a sturdy half-tang 3.75" blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, a Scandinavian profile grind and a non-slip TPE handle. Stored inside the handle is a Light My Fire magnesium FireSteel capable of approximately 3,000 strikes, each producing a shower of 5,400°F sparks to light a camp stove, campfire or barbecue. The FireSteel works even when wet, in cold weather and high altitudes. The polypropylene sheath includes a clip for easy carrying plus a drainage hole.
