ASUS H110 Overview

The H110M-PLUS Motherboard from ASUS is designed to fit in cases that support a micro-ATX form factor. The 8.9 x 7.3" H110M-PLUS supports 6th Generation (Skylake) Intel Core i7, i5, i3, Pentium, and Celeron processors, the LGA 1151 socket, as well as the Intel H110 chipset. This motherboard supports Windows 10 (64-bit), 8.1 (64-bit), and 7 (64 and 32-bit).

The micro-ATX form factor of the H110M-PLUS has 2 x DIMM slots that can support up to 32GB of non-ECC unbuffered DDR4 RAM, as well as dual channel memory architecture and Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules. The supported memory speed is 2133 MHz. The H110M-PLUS has a total of 4 x SATA III 6 Gb/s ports, 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x1 slot (x16 mode), 2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 slots, 2 x 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 ports (2 at the back panel, teal blue, Type-A), 4 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports (2 at the back panel, blue, 2 at mid-board), 6 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (2 at the back panel, 4 at mid-board), and 2 x PS/2 ports. Using the Realtek ALC887-VD2 8-Channel High Definition audio codec, it can support 8-channel HD audio with jack detection and front panel jack retasking.

The H110M-PLUS has integrated Intel HD graphics support with 1 x HDMI, 1 x DVI-D, and 1 x VGA/RGB output. Its HDMI port supports a max resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz and 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz, while its DVI-D and VGA ports can both support a max resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz. The integrated graphics can use up to 1,024MB of shared memory and also supports Intel InTru 3D, Intel Quick Sync Video, Intel Clear Video HD Technology, and Intel Insider. This motherboard's integrated graphics are able also able to support two simultaneous displays.

The H110M-PLUS has also been designed with LANGuard, overvoltage protection, DRAM overcurrent protection, DIGI+ VRM, ESD guards, a stainless steel back I/O, UEFI BIOS, Fan Xpert, AI Suite 3, and more. This motherboard is protected by a limited 3-year warranty and includes an I/O shield and 2 x SATA III 6 Gb/s cables.

ESD Guards
Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can happen suddenly, and its damaging effects are easily underestimated. ASUS ESD Guards are tested to very high standards, capable of up to ±10kV for air discharge and ±6kV for contact discharge. ASUS employs an active protective circuit design to help guard your system against electrostatic interference and damage. ESD Guards can be found on the LAN port, USB connectors, VGA connector, and keyboard and mouse connectors
