Keeps otus lenses well protected and stable. Very sturdy case. Two complaints: 1. Over priced compared to other pelican cases. 2. There are four slots for lenses, but Zeiss doesn't make or sell inserts to easily allow the forth space to be easily used, like they do for the milvus case. The forth space is large enough to easily accommodate a Zeiss 15mm or 135mm lens, but I had to cut foam by hand and didn't achieve nearly the stability for the fourth lens as for the otus lenses.

is there an options for a 100mm otus insert? It fits in fourth space using foam around, but not nearly as stable.
There is not option on the ZEISS Otus Transport Case to get foam for the Otus 100mm lens.

According to the manufacturer, the ZEISS Otus Transport Case has successfully been tested for IP67 . This means dust- and waterproof (water to 1 meter/ half an hour dry).

Is the 4th space made for the Otus 100m?
Is the 4th space made for the Otus 100m?
I own all four Nikon mount Otus lenses and the transport case. The new 100mm Otus does not fit the 85mm slot in the transport case...does not even come close to fitting.
If you go without a protective filter and without the lens cap...maybe if you're willing to shove it in, you MIGHT get it to fit, but good luck getting it back out.
