question

Can it measure color temp? Accuracy? Pix show a Color space grid.
Asked by: Anonymous
The Lumu Lite can NOT measure color temperature. B&H ran this item in DealZone on 12/16/16 and at that time posted photos showing the attached iPhone displaying color temperature in Kelvin degrees, with CIE colorspace as you noted. I trusted what they were showing to be true, bought the meter, and found it was false. The photos have since been removed. Another shopper noted on 12/16/16 that B&H photos showed the meter attached to the phone's Lightning port, which proves they incorrectly posted photos of the upcoming Lumu Power meter which does measure color temperature, rather than the headphone jack Lumu Lite which does not.
