The Black Ozite Carpet finished UCS1 1200W 15" Horn-Loaded Passive Subwoofer from Yorkville Sound is designed for use with the Unity U15 or U215 loudspeaker systems and is the ideal passive subwoofer to match their acoustic parameters. The UCS1 can be employed with any full-range enclosure, especially those with high output.
This 1200W, 8-ohm unit takes full advantage of its horn-loaded design to deliver fierce bottom end from a compact, single 15" passive subwoofer. The optimized horn flare geometry, careful attention to the front and rear internal chamber dimensions, as well as the use of a high performance long excursion 15" driver, gives the UCS1 high output volume and deep, extended bass response. The enclosure occupies only a total volume of just over 11 cubic feet.
The UCS1 is constructed from solid 15mm 11-ply birch and features a heavy gauge perforated metal grill, integrated tilt-back wheels and four strategically placed bar handles to make moving and stacking very easy.
