SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD Lens and Filter Kit for Nikon F Overview

A versatile telephoto zoom for Nikon F shooters, the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD Lens and Filter Kit from B&H bundles the long-reaching optic with a 95mm UV Haze filter to guard the lens' front element from dust and scratches and also reduce unwanted haze and bluish casts from ultraviolet light.

The SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD is a 4x telephoto zoom well-suited for a variety of outdoor, wildlife, and sports shooting applications. The optical design incorporates a trio of low dispersion elements to control chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range and individual elements also feature both eBAND and BBAR coatings to suppress flare and ghosting. This Nikon F mount version sees the inclusion of Vibration Compensation image stabilization to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld and tracking shooting. Additionally, an Ultrasonic Silent Drive benefits fast, smooth, and quiet autofocus performance and also permits full-time manual focus override for fine-tuning your focus position at any time.

98% Light Transmission
Protecting your lens doesn't mean you have to lose optical quality. By using highly-polished optical glass and advanced coatings, Chiaro offers a 98% transmission rate, which is an excellent transmission rate for glass. And the company verifies the ratings with ISO certified lab testing.
Resistance Coating
The layers of advanced resistance coating on the filter are designed to resist moderate scratches, and allow you to easily clean your filter.
