Cherry MX Blue
Mechanical keyboards utilize a different type of key switch technology for a more durable and unique typing experience. The Cherry MX Blue switch has an actuation force of 50g and offers both an audible "click" and a tactile bump when pressed, letting you know that the key has registered. Das Keyboard 4Pro Reviews

The Second is As Good as the First

My original Das Keyboard 4 (Cherry Brown) worked great for six years. Then I spilled a full cup of coffee into it and decided a replacement was in order. It's just as good as the original. Great key action and feedback. Durable as heck.

Well made and designed for work

I am a photographer and writer. The Cherry switches make for easy typing with fewer errors. The ten key section makes for quicker photo editing and data entry for bookkeeping. Cherry switches. The build is solid and heavy. Well shaped keys with space between them. Hard wired so it starts immediately and eliminates communication errors. Yes, it's relatively expensive. But if I could have purchased this several years ago, I would not have bought 5 other keyboards that turned out to be unsatisfactory.

I would like to know if the Logi Bolt Receiver of the Logitech MXMaster 3S mouse could be plugged into the the extra side USB port of the Das Keyboard 4Pro Mechanical Keyboard for Mac for power and functionality rather than use another USB port on the computer?

The USB port of the Das Keyboard 4 Pro Mechanical Keyboard serves as a USB hub. You can plug your mouse directly to the keyboard.

I have the PC version of this keyboard connected to my MacBook Pro, and it works fine. The Option and Command keys are interchanged, but you can swap them in System Preferences. The volume knob, mute button and media buttons (stop/start, rewind, forward) work, too.
