I put a 15 lb camera rig on here and it handled it super well. Really good suction cups on it. Compact and effective.

Great suckers!

Works as it should, lots of adjustments and the suckers are among the best I have used. Sticking to the plastic cover on roof top compartment of a Nissan Xterra

I'd like to use this to mount my Canon 6D with a fisheye VERTICALLY on the passenger door. Question: Will this mount allow my camera to be turned back to a horizontal position? (Really this involves the ball head too, but it'll have to be elevated off the legs to give the camera the space it needs). Thanks!
Asked by: ROBERT
You will need to purchase additional accessories to mount your Canon 6D in a vertical position on this mount. You will need a Ball Head and depending on your set up you may benefit from having a Vertical L Bracket as well.

Doe the mounting area for the camera have retaining screws from underneath? Is there an option for a 75mm bowl mount fluid head?
Asked by: David
The CAME-TV Video Sucker Suction Cup Mount only comes with a 3/8-16 mounting screw on the base mount. You cannot detached the base mount to connect a 75mm bowl on the tripod. You will need a tripod head or a quick release system to connect your cameras, if the camera has 1/4-20 threads only.

When using with a gimbal like the RS2 does t hevibration damping match up to a Cloud Mount or Kessler Killshock? It says "minimized vibration" but I can't tell where that is happening on this rig.
Asked by: Blake
The center mount for the Video Sucker Suction Cup mount is connected to the legs by a double ended ball joint that helps isolate the mount from external vibrations. For something that is comparable to the mounts noted, I would recommend CAME-TV's GS10 Video Camera Stabilizer Arm (BH #CAGS10).
