Styled in a black finish, the E-II Eclipse-7 is a 7-string electric guitar from ESP featuring a mahogany body with a maple top and a single-cutaway design. Its 25.5" scale set-thru maple neck is fitted with a ebony fingerboard and 24 extra-jumbo frets. The strings are secured by a set of Gotoh locking tuners, along with a tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece.
For electronics, this Eclipse is outfitted with a pair of EMG humbucking pickups: The 707 neck pickup—offering a beefy, yet articulate tone to bring out the subtleties of your 7-string—and the 81-7 bridge pickup, which provides the blistering trebles necessary to cut through a loud wall of sound during solos and lead breaks. A three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume knobs, and a shared tone knob give you full control over the electronics' various timbres.
Also, with its included hardshell case, you'll be able to take this handsome axe with you wherever you may roam.
