Styled in a see-thru black sunburst finish, the E-II FRX FM is a solid-body electric guitar from ESP featuring a mahogany body with a flamed maple top, and a thorny, double-cutaway design. Its set-thru, three-piece maple neck has a 25.5" scale, and is fitted with an ebony fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets. The strings are secured by a set of Gotoh locking tuners, along with a Floyd Rose Original bridge.
For electronics, this FRX is outfitted with a pair of EMG active humbucking pickups: The 89R in the neck position and the 89 bridge pickup, which each feature two pickups in one which use separate preamps and custom-wound coils that can be split from humbucker to single coil for a versatile range of rich, warm, and powerful sounds that are clear, articulate, and present. A three-way pickup selector switch, volume knob, and tone knob give you control over the electronics' timbres. Push/pull switches on the volume and tone controls enable coil splitting.
Also, with its included hardshell case, you'll be able to take this handsome axe with you wherever you may roam.
