This B&H Kit features the Manfrotto 234RC Swivel Tilt Head and has an extra 200PL Quick Release Plates. The extra one can be used as a spare or with a secondary camera. The head supports up to 11 lb and has a tilting range of -90 to 90°, allowing a horizontal or a vertical position. The tilt head has a secondary safety lock, to prevent accidental unlocking of the plate.

No, the Manfrotto 234RC is not Arca type compatible. It only uses Manfrotto 200PL plates.

Yes, the screw on the top of this head will fit point and shoot cameras. It uses the industry standard 1/4 -20 thread size which is the size photo cameras use.
