Is this compatible with an Lectrosonics SRb receiv
Is this compatible with an Lectrosonics SRb receiver of the same frequency band A1?
Yes, the Lectrosonics HMa Plug-On Wireless Transmitter (A1: 470 to 537 MHz) is fully compatible with the Lectrosonics SRb Camera Slot UHF Receiver. However, the SRb is a legacy device that uses a thinner block system that covers less bandwidth than the traditional bands we see on typical UHF today.
There are three different SRb receiver blocks that would work with the HMa in the A1 band, Block 470 (B&H# LESRB470), Block 19 (B&H#: LESRB19), and Block 20 (B&H#: LESRB20).
Please keep in mind, if using an SRb receiver over the current Lectrosonics SRc Dual-Channel Slot-Mount ENG Receiver (A1: 470.100 to 537.575 MHz) [B&H#: LESRCA1] you will be bottlenecking your signal since you will have less available bandwidth on the receiver than what is available on the transmitter.
