Can't beat the price. Would pay a little more if there were a dimmer, but I can add that for a few bucks.

I use the umbrella light mount with my Smith-Victor Flash Lite set in my home studio. The swivel angle makes it perfect to direct light on the subject. It's lightweight and easy to store when not in use and is the perfect fit for my small in home studio.

question
Can this be used with CFL bulbs, and if so, what's the max CFL wattage it would accept?
I think this will work with any bulb with an Edison base. While I have not used it with CFL's, I have used it with a dimmable 90-watt equivalent LED bulb with no problems, and also attached to an LED dimmer.
