It features a standard Edison base thread socket with a 120 VAC power line, a swivel for light angle adjustment, a receiver to mount an umbrella, and a 5/8" diameter receiver for mounting it on a light stand. Besides a slave flash, the ULM-45 can be used for photofloods up to 500W.

Can't beat the price. Would pay a little more if there were a dimmer, but I can add that for a few bucks.
I use the umbrella light mount with my Smith-Victor Flash Lite set in my home studio. The swivel angle makes it perfect to direct light on the subject. It's lightweight and easy to store when not in use and is the perfect fit for my small in home studio.
