This is a great light set for someone with limited studio space and limited funds. My kids are tired of posing and smiling. I would happily recommend this set to anyone.

I use this for portrait photography. The umbrellas are perfect for portability and are also excellent shoot thru umbrellas. All of my photos turned out great! I have also used my speedlights with the umbrellas with also great results.

Yes, the KF2U 2-Light 90W/s Thrifty Location Kit comes with a sync cable to connect with cameras that have a sync terminal for flash.
