I ordered and received the 64gb model this week and have an issue. I am not getting any of the ota updates from Google as the device is 3 updates back. When I gave the representative from Google level 2 tech support the imei # I was told that they have no record of that being a Google device. They checked the global market imei checker and again.. Nothing came up. They said without this device showing up as a Google Nexus device, it would not receive any updates. Now that is very alarming. The supervisor is trying to find out where B&H purchased these devices from, possibly even the gray market because they do not show up in any system via the imei number.
If you're still having this problem this is what I suggest. I had the Nexus 6 with the same problem. I was stuck on the July 5 update and it was the middle of Oct, 2016. I enrolled my 6 in Googles Beta program. Within a few minutes an update(s) came through. After all were done I was on the Oct 5 update and also on Nougat 7.0. With my 6P I've had no problems. Also, do not un-enroll in the Beta program. if you do your phone will be reset back to factory settings and you will lose everything on your phone, unless it's all backed up.

Why can't I have the $50 gift card if I live in Canada? I'm not able to add it to my cart. Can you reduce the price of the phone or add a $50 credit to my account? Seems rather strange that you promote to Canada yet the gift cards are not honored in Canada. Please advise.
