Would this fit a Nikon D810 with a 24mm 1.8f prime lens on it (with hopefully a room for a 50mm 1.8)?
Yes it would! I have a Canon D70 and Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 (on the camera) and have room for my 50mm as well.
