Very disappointed in the strength of these. Just removing the winder cap from my Olympus OM-1 bent the tips. Pretty much junk for the price I was charged. Terrible quality overall.

Japan Hobby Tool 100mm Pin Wrench solved my problem of removing small camera parts. The tool adjusts down to zero, tough I used it at about 3mm. It also feels strong, in fact, much stronger than I had expected. A wonderful adjustable spanner for working with cameras.

Is this suitable for opening a spanner nut with pins? I don't intend to use it as a lens opener.

This is designed for disassembling and reassembling lens components and other smaller, flush-mounted discs, rings, or covers. While it may work for your application, this is not specifically what it is designed for.
