Since they became popular during COVID all sorts of cheap variations on screens from tiny size to reflective green have been shilled on the market. Getting something this big to cover a complete wall in one consistent hue is invaluable to creating movie and television BGs in our studio.

What’s the best way to stretch/hang this without a lot of places to affix this to in the room/outdoors? Is there a frame that fits this screen?

How many grommets are on the 10'x24' screen? Can you hang this like a traditional studio curtain?

There aren't any grommets on this green screen fabric but there is a sewn pocket at one of the 10' wide ends to slide a cross bar / pipe through. We used it horizontally in the photo posted and used spring clamps to affix it to bars we had rigged behind it.

Wish I could be more helpful. I did not purchase the tripod. I purchased the curtain only and hung it from a heavy wooden dowel sitting on professionally installed wall brackets. Best of luck with your purchase.

How many grommets are on the sides, and where are they placed? Also, does this seem to be a true chroma key green?

I think there are 6 on the top. And the chroma key green is really close true chroma green, but it keys just fine. I doubt anyone would notice unless they pull it with an RGB picker. May have some issues with keying if you aren't using an industry standard software. But I never had any problems with getting a good key with some Magenta backlight. The color is about what the others are in this price range. The anti-wrinkle material justifies practically everything that it lacks.

How does this valour material compare to westcott wrinkle resistant cotton material. Can you machine wash this material?

I've washed it and it didn't do anything weird. The velour material makes it really easy to setup without having to steam or iron it. Sometimes I will add some wrinkle spray to help it or pull the sides with some clips to make it seamless. We use two of these side by side to get a wider space and we haven't had any problems with keying. Smaller spaces I would use some magenta gel on the backlight.
