Great product and super stable. I bought a separate Triad adapter so that I could attach this directly to my tripod after removing the head.

What adaptor is needed to mount to a tripod via ...

What adaptor is needed to mount to a tripod via the reinforced mounting bracket on the bottom? One of the reviews mentions this.

Because the Triad-Orbit IO-Desk has multiple 3/8"-16 mounting threads, it should mount to most tripods natively, as many tripods will included a 3/8"-16 mounting screw. If your tripod does not have a 3/8"-16 mounting screw, you can use a thread adapter to convert the standard 11/4"-20 mounting thread (found on all tripods) to a 3/8"-16 screw. The Impact Female 1/4"-20 to Male 3/8"-16 Thread Adapter (BH #IMCA109) for instance would be a good thread adapter to consider.
