The UHD 4K HDMI Audio Embedder/De-Embedder from Kramer extracts the audio signal from an HDMI input and outputs it through a 3.5mm stereo analog or RCA S/PDIF audio output so the signal can independently be routed to a sound system. At the same time, the full HDMI signal is transferred through an HDMI output. The HDMI input supports resolutions up to 4K60 with a maximum data rate of 8.91 Gb/s.
A set of dip switches control and modify EDID, HDCP, embed/de-embed, and sleep mode functions. There is also a 3.5mm analog stereo audio input that can embed audio to the HDMI output. A 5 VDC power adapter is included.
