All stainless steel developing reels will fit in the Samigon Stainless Steel Tank with Plastic Lid and Rod for 4x35mm or 2x120 Reels.

It does not come with reels. You must buy them separate. (Also, I would stay away from the samigon reels. They're junk.) the tank is good quality though.
