No, it would not. Samigon states that the above reel only works with their Samigon Universal Plastic Developing Tank with 2 Reels, B&H # SATU, and with Paterson plastic tanks; it would not be compatible for use with their stainless steel developing tanks.

Yes 620 is 2 1/4 " wide - the same as 120 film... So it will work in this reel. The spool is smaller but the film is actually the same.

Simple question: Once you have the reel loaded, how do you unload the film? Must you pull it apart?
After the film is loaded onto the reel and processed, you would have to carefully unwind it from the reel before hanging it up to dry.
